Place the thumbprint under a new sheet of paper. 2. Lightly trace the lines onto your paper using a pencil. 3. Then go back and use those lines to write about yourself. This can be in sentences format or it can be just words. What makes you unique? Your likes? Dislikes? Goals? Family? Dreams? Etc.. 4. Re-trace your words in pen or use pen to begin with. 5. Add any pictures in colored pencils to add to your thumbprint. Station 3: Letter to Yourself Write a letter to yourself to be read at the end of the school year. What would you like to accomplish this year either scholastically or personally? What do you want to remember? What are a few goals you want to meet? The #1 most important thing to remember? Station 4: Notebook Organization Organize your notebook into the following sections: Journal Completed Work Notes Evidence Logs Vocabulary Station 5: Mind Map Create a Mind Map showing what you learned regarding a Growth Mindset. Include a personal or academic goal in your mind map and what / how you will meet that goal. Use pictures, words, color, to fill an entire 8x11 sheet of paper.
