ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
- St. Johns is the Capital

- As of 2017 the population of Antigua and


Barbuda was estimated 93,798. The total land area is
440 Km2 (170 sq. miles)

- Antigua and Barbuda is located in the "Heart


of the Caribbean" between the Greater and
Lesser Antilles, about 402 kilometers (250
miles) east-southeast of Puerto Rico or 60
kilometers (37.5 miles) north of Guadeloupe.
Its known for reef-lined beaches, rainforests
and resorts.
BAHAMAS
- Nassau is the Capital

- The current population of Bahamas is397,830 as of


Sunday, August 27, 2017, based on the latest United
Nations estimates. The total land area is 10,018 Km2
(3,868 sq. miles)

- is a coral-based archipelago in the Atlantic


Ocean. Its 700-plus islands and cays range
from uninhabited to packed with resorts.
Scuba diving and snorkeling sites
include the massive Andros Barrier Reef,
Thunderball Grotto (used in James Bond
films) and the black-coral gardens off Bimini.
BARBADOS
- Bridgetown is the Capital

- The current population of Barbados is 285,858. The total land


area is 430 Km2 (166 sq. miles)

- Barbados is an eastern Caribbean island and an


independent British Commonwealth nation. Around
the island are beaches, botanical gardens, the
Harrisons Cave formation, and 17th-century
plantation houses like St. Nicholas Abbey. Local
traditions include afternoon tea and cricket, the
national sport.
BELIZE
- Belmopan is the Capital

- has an area of 22,800 square kilometres (8,800


sq mi) and a population of 387,879 (2017). It has
the lowest population density in Central America.

- is a nation on the eastern coast of Central America,


with Caribbean Sea shorelines to the east and dense
jungle to the west. Offshore, the massive Belize Barrier
Reef, dotted with hundreds of low-lying islands called
cayes, hosts rich marine life. Belizes jungle areas are
home to Mayan ruins like Caracol, renowned for its
towering pyramid; lagoon-side Lamanai; and Altun Ha,
just outside Belize City.
CANADA

- Ottawa is the Capital

- The current population of Canada is 36,677,311. The


total land area is 9,071,595 Km2 (3,502,561 sq. miles)

- is a North American country stretching from the U.S.


in the south to the Arctic Circle in the north. Canada's
vast swaths of wilderness include lake-filled
Banff National Park in the Rocky Mountains. It's also
home to Niagara Falls, a famous group of massive
waterfalls.
