    CQI Improvement Case Study Tuned the CQI feedback Cycle(ms) from 1;3;3 to

    1;4;5.
    Tuned the cqiFeedbaLoadSwi and changed its value from 0 to 1.
    After tuning both the parameters Improvement is visible in CQI and meeting the
    Benchmark.

    Note: If cqiFeedbaLoadSwi switch is turned on, than we can set the CQI feedback
    cycle duration, According to this we can improve the CQI-KPI.
