Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community
adopted a set of restrictions on how the communitys yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in deerhaven acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and house painting. Argument concludes that to increase a value of property in deerhaven acres,it is essential to apply certain prohibitions on landscaping & house painting as it has been worked for Brookville. However, the argument is full of gapes and loop holes. Neither the premises are convincing nor the conclusion is compelling. The argument is very evidently the result of hasty generalization. In the proposed letter, community has set fragmentary correlation between increased triple value of property and restriction and house painting adopted by Brookville. However, nothing has been explained regarding this and not a single example has been discussed in the letter. It might be possible that increased value could have been the result of supply and demand. In this case, conclusion does not stand in sound condition. Furthermore, it has been assume that the same kind of deerhaven restriction would be applicable to house located at two different region. It might be possible that the similar types of protocol and paintings would not work at deerhaven as they have worked for accommodations at Brookville. In addition, the influence of restriction and paintings which used to be there before seven years, have been considered similarly effective today. It can be possible that in present situation those restriction would not fruitful as they used to be in past. In conclusion, the recommendation is not sound enough to believe that it would work to increase the value of the houses. Whatever the arguments have been made, are based on fragmentary evidences and superfluous claims. The suggestion could have been strengthen if more detailed information have been provided.
