DIGITAL THERMOMETER CLINICAL THERMOMETER
A transparent glass instrument about 11 centimeters
long. It has a number column inside that shows a range of temperature, where the mercury moves along the column. It has a bulb at one end. The bulb can be placed under the tounge (oral or sublingual), armpit (axillary), or through the anus (rectal). CLINICAL THERMOMETER
A mercury free thermometer that is easy to use.
Similar to the clinical thermometer, its pointed end can be inserted under the tounge, under the armpit or inside the anus. The reading of the temperature is displaced in the LCD (liquid crystal display). EAR DIGITAL THERMOMETER
Has a protruding tip that is placed inside the ear. Upon
pressing the bottom, the heat in the eardrums is released and converted into temperature. The temperature is then displayed in the LCD.
