DU LLM 2017 The DU LLM Entrance Exam for admissions to the LLM
(Master of Laws) Two Year programme is conducted by University of Delhi,
New Delhi tentatively in June- July. Candidates interested in applying to the
postgraduate law programme of two-year duration offered by Delhi
University are required to apply for DU LLM. The DU LLM aspirants should
have cleared a Three Year or Five Year LLB course or must be in the
process of doing so when they apply for the Delhi University LLM Entrance
Exam. Three law centers affiliated to the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi
will offer a total of 54 approx seats in the LLM Two Year programme.

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR EXAMINATIONS

A Public Prosecutor (PP) is an advocate who represents the state or the

people of the state in a criminal trial. The present criminal justice system of
our state is based on the principle that any crime committed by an
individual or groups against others are deemed to have been committed
against the society. The prosecution and punishment for the crime is,
therefore, the responsibility of the state and not that victim of crime. Such
prosecution, on behalf of the state, is performed by the Public Prosecutor.

DU LL.B ENTRANCE
Delhi University conducts DU LLB Entrance Exam in order to shortlist
aspirants for admission in LLB programmers offered by it.

Programmers offered at Delhi Universitys Faculty of Law are LLB, LLM (2

years) and LLM (3 years). To offer admission to aspirants in LLM course
offered by the varsity, candidates need to appear for DU LLM entrance
exam.

Eligibility criteria for DU LLB entrance exam only if they have completed
their graduation from a recognised Indian University/Foreign
University/Equivalent institution from any stream.

CLAT LL.M

The LL.M. (Masters of Laws) is a postgraduate law degree. It is a 2 years

program. This course is for gaining expertise in a specialized field of law, for
example in the area of tax law or international law. Many law firms prefer
job candidates with an LL.M. degree because it indicates that a lawyer has
acquired advanced, specialized legal training, and is qualified to work in a
