Component of deep drawing process is very expensive

especially dies
The old days, engineer will do the dies in try and error
process
It will consume a lot of money to remake the dies
So, we need to do the simulation of the process to
eliminate the waste in try and error process using CAE
software
Not all CAE software can do the simulation of metal
forming and one of the software that can do it is AFDEX
 Objective
: To gain knowledge about deep drawing process.
: To study CAD (SolidWork) and CAE (AFDEX) software.
: To fabricate the deep drawing process using CAD.
: To run simulation of deep drawing process and analyze
it using CAE (AFDEX)
