Origin Of Chop Suey
The chop suey is of Chinese origin. A long time ago a
Chinese cook was in North America and had nothing
to offer him to eat some miners, then he mades a
jumble of leftovers of vegetables and rice and gave
them in the food; the miners were delighted and
they asked about the name of the succulent dish, and
the cook said chop suey, which in Chinese means
scrambled of all leftovers.
