Edmundo and Karen

While Edmundo was working as a doctor, his wife Karen wrote poems in his spare time. When she got
home, Karen was watching TV while he was cooking dinner. At the end of dinner, Karen was
cleaning the dining room while Edmundo was reviewing the album of photographs on the sofa in the
living room that reminded him of his moments in the past, when he was still a young man, when
Karen finished cleaning the dining room she reached him on the sofa , while she was observing the
photographs, Edmundo was turning the page. When it was time to sleep, while Karen was putting on
her pajamas, Edmundo was tending the bed. The next day, at dawn, Karen got up early, Karen was
cooking breakfast while Edmundo got ready to go to work. Both had breakfast and as always
followed their daily routine.

While Edmundo was working, his wife Karen stayed to do the work. When Edmundo arrived at his
house, he would sit down to watch TV while his wife was cooking the food, when it was time to go
back to work, while he was getting ready to go back to work, Karen was writing the mailing list for
that in the night when Edmundo arrived he will prepare dinner for him. While Karen was shopping,
Edmundo was driving to work, when he got to work he was taking care of the patients while his
secretary recorded the appointments, and that was until the time came to return home. At the time
of departure, while he was driving back home, his wife was cooking dinner. When arriving, while
Karen was serving, Edmundo was sitting in the dining room chair, when they finished they went to
bed to sleep and to have energy for the other day.
 INTERRUPTED ACTIONS
1. I was doing my homework when my mom told me
to go shopping.

2. My uncle was eating at my house when his wife

arrived.

3. My sister was doing her chore when her son asked

her to eat.

4. When I was working, my sister asked me for help

with her homework.

5. When I was helping my sister, my mom asked me to

accompany her.

6. When my mom was cooking lunch, her cell phone

rang.
 INTERRUPTED ACTIONS

My routine of Sunday
It was a Sunday morning, I was taking a bath when the phone rang, it was Julieta, my
friend from the elementary school, telling us to see each other, I was finishing getting
ready when they knocked on the door, it was Rubén, my fiancé. I was anxious to see
Julieta when Rubén came in and invited me out. I could not say that if I had already
agreed with Julieta to see us, although it seemed that Rubén had bothered me, he told me
that he was taking me. We left very quickly because I had already been late, I was getting
into the car my bag when the cell phone rang and Julieta was again, she told me that
she was already in the place where we were to see each other. I told Ruben to hurry, we
were seeing the traffic ahead when Rubén almost hit the car ahead, if it had not been
for the traffic light we would have had an accident. When I arrived, I hurriedly got out and
was walking very fast when I remembered that my bag had been forgotten in Ruben's
car. I was marking him when Julieta appeared in the back. I was still calling Rubén
when Julieta's cell phone rang, it was her boss telling her to go back to work. Finally I got
home again and Rubén was in my room singing when I let my mother in without
warning, Rubén was greeting her when my mother told us to go down to dinner. When
finishing Rubén was saying goodbye when suddenly my dog shot out that he wanted
to go with him, in the end I lay down and fell asleep.
