Our plan would thrive more under a plan like Obama’s because it
increases the federal government’s role in budget, but leaves it up
to the states and local government. A plan like Obama’s also has
more funding. Also, Obama’s plan effectively puts more money into
the more needy areas, as opposed to spreading the money into all
the areas like Trump.
