 Agriculture plays an important role in Indian economy.

It is
the backbone of our country. In our project we focused on
groundnut seed sowing in agriculture land. The main aim is
to extract the groundnut seed from the shell which is to be
easily treasured without any major strain. Then crushing
roller (blade) is used for this crop.
 Here we having both food and non-food products. That is
separated by blower and gravity force. Groundnut seeds
having some weight so which are stored in bottom of the
collector by gravity force. Shell having low gravity force
compared to the groundnut seeds so which is removed by
blower.
 In today’s industrial world man’s innovative ideas has
taken him towards all directions concerning about the
production and safety in industrial establishments.
Some instruments are of shear excellence where as
others are the result of long research and persistent
work, but it is not the amount of time and money
spends in the invention of device or the sophistication
of it operation is important, but its convenience,
utility and operational efficiency that are important in
considering the device.

 Hopper is one type collection device.
 A hopper is a large, pyramidal shaped container used
to load the ground nut, which flow into the drum
continuously.
 Agro-Technology is the process of applying the technology innovation
occurring in daily life and applying that to the agriculture sector which
improves the efficiency of the crop produced and also to develop a better
mechanical machine to help the agriculture field which reduces the
amount and time of work spent on one crop.
 Hence in this work of project we decided to design a better mechanical
machine which is available for the farmers at a cheaper rate which can
separate SEED and SHELL on the groundnut.
 Normally this process we are using hands only which makes more time
and human need. So our project overcomes difficulties to remove husk
from maize automatically.
 The groundnut is inserted in hopper which is send inside of the system.
The groundnut is settled in between roller blade and rotates with the help
of motor.
 Here roller blade is makes friction force on the groundnut to remove
seed and shell.
 After the process we can separate seed from shell using blower.
