What are the problems?

 Google wants to find does the manager have an effect to the


performance of the organization
 Google wants to find what kind of attributes that the best manager
should have
 The Project Oxygen attributes are constrain, so it will box the people
How do you solve the problem?

 Googlegeist survey, to evaluate for every employee about their


career development, benefits, and the company culture.
 Performances review score
 Determine the scoring for the managers, whether they are “high-
scoring” or “low-scoring” based on Oxygen 8
What are your solutions?

 The managers will get the surveyed (TFS or UFS) results so they can
improve their weakness
 Provide management training courses, training and development
skill, panel discussion, and coaching
 Great Manager Award, an award for the 20 best manager each
year. The recipients will be chosen as a speaker at Project Oxygen
training
What further steps can be taken to
enhance the organization effectiveness?

 Expand the Oxygen Project for the senior manager (directors and
vice president)
 Apply the people analytics to the small team to boost their
performance
