 B.BACKGROUND

• My motivation to follow the training in RSI

MADINAH NGUNUT TULUNGAGUNG is to study
nursing science,I’m interested in the field of nursing
because it wants to provide benefits to the
community through medical service.And there I
gained new knowledge that still has not been in the
school.
 C. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

• The problems is that we a nurse must provide the

best service to the patient and the patient’s
family,and provide the patient with correct
information about patient’s condition other than
that if any patient restless or anxious us as nurse
should be able to calm down and provide a
comfortable positition on the patient.
 D. RECOMENDATION
• I hope all students an the hospital can work
together well,so that all students behave
disciplined,friendly,professional,politely,and
diligent in the hospital,and also students able
to adibe by rules of the hospital and have
work experience while practicing in the
hospital.
 E.SUMMARY OR
CONCLUSION
• After doing Industrial Practice I finally found
out the truth about the results tained from
the school,as well as again knowledge of
theories and practices that have not been
studied in the school.
