Operating Systems
Overview
In this lesson on Operating Systems you will be
introduced to what an Operating System is, what its
main purposes are as you use the computer, and a
variety of specific operations, such as system setup, file
management, running applications, and system backup.
You will also use one of the applications of the
Operating System, namely WordPad. In WordPad you
will load, modify, save, and print a document.

By the time this lesson on operating systems is
completed, you will be able to:

desired changes in its associated file, and then save
