    Anamnesis
    • Age mothers : 26 yo
    • Labor history : P1A0
    • Main complaint : white discharge
    • Onset and duration : 2 month ago
    • Amount , odor, color and consistency
    • Turbid/clear, presence/absence of blood
    • Other complaint : itching
    • History contraception used : IUD
    Physycal examination

    Genital examination
    1. Inspection and palpation of external genitalia : itching and
    hyperemia on genital area
    2. Speculum exam to see the vagina and the cervix : discharge
    from vagina whitish and granulated
    3. Bimanual pelvic examination
    Supporting investigation

    • Determination pH with pH indicator (3.0 to 4.5)


    • Assessment wet preparations using KOH 10%
    • Gram
    • Culture
    • Serologic inspection
    • Pap smear test
