Objective Of The Lesson :

 Define the Reciprocating Compressor with Classification.

 Differentiate between open, sealed, and semi sealed
Reciprocating Compressor
 Explain the working principle of Reciprocating Compressor.
 Find the advantage and disadvantage of Reciprocating
compressor.
 Evaluate student interest in the particular topic.
Reciprocating Compressor: a volume of gas is
trapped, and compressed by piston and then discharged
into the discharge line. The cylinder valves control the
flow of gas through the cylinder; these valves act as check
valves. There are three types of reciprocating compressor.

in a casing , and non but open able, and installed out side of
