The document discusses zero hunger and its causes. It notes that hunger is contradictory to Indonesia's national purpose and constitution. It then provides 3 potential outcomes: 1) The government should improve transportation access, especially in East Indonesia; 2) The government should provide counseling, subsidies, and legal protections to farmers to improve agricultural production; 3) The government should control subsidies, support domestic food industries, and manage currency valuation to stabilize food prices.
