Example 2: Convert 0.34375 to binary with
4 bits to the right of the binary point.
0.34375 × 2 =0.68750 MSB
0.68750 × 2 = 1.37500
1.37500 × 2 = 0.75000
0.75000× 2 =1.50000 LSB
=0.0101
