LONG HOURS OF FASTING
Break the fast that has lasted for last ten to twelve hours
since the last meal.

Body continuously carrying out metabolic process at night


and uses up glucose which is the primary source of energy of
our body.

 Maintain adequate sugar levels, prevents body from tired and


fatigue

NUTRIENTS
One should have THREE meals a day. Out of all,
Breakfast is the most important.

Lunch and dinner alone will be insufficient in


supplying one’s body with adequate amount of
nutrients.

Better performance at school.

Improved test grades.

Better concentration.

Breakfast high in CARBOHYDRATE and PROTEIN.

According to Adolpus, Lawton and Dye (2013), about 8 to 12 percent


of school-age children skip breakfast entirely in America.

A healthful breakfast can put you on track to make wise dietary
choices throughout the day.

Routine breakfast eaters tend to consume more healthful


overall diet.

Skipping breakfast put you in “starvation” mode, which gears


down your metabolism. Making you to consume more food with
higher calories later in the day.

A study published American Clinical Journal by Melhorn (2018)


reported that those individuals who reported eating breakfast
had a lower BMI and a higher diet quality.
