QUEEN CLEAN

DIRT REMOVAL MUCH TO YOUR APROVAL

Executive Summary
Queen clean car wash plans to open this summer however needs a
loan of $500 to get its self up and going this money will be used to buy
the cleaning supplies (soaps, shampoos, waxes ext.) as well as
microfiber towels and a foam blaster.
Business Description
The car wash business is always expanding as there is always new cars
being put on the road in 2014 19.2% more people used a professional
car wash than in 1996 not only that but there is a decline in people
washing their cars themselves meaning that the industry is growing.
there is a “do-it-for-me” trend on the rise in regards to car washing
there has also been developments to waterless/scrub-less cleaning
methods and because of this I can go to the customers instead of them
coming to me
Market Strategies
• Good branding
• Advertising as well as face to face interactions
• Go out during rush hour (7-9am & 4-6pm)
• Advertise were auto traffic is heavy
• Develop relationships with customers so they are loyal to me
Competitive Analysis
STRENGTHS WEAKNESS
Ability to wash more cars in same amount of time Less quality of service
faster Customers are less loyal
Automated cleaning Bigger margin for screw ups
Higher risk to vehicle

My competitors may be able to clean more cars in the same time frame as me and
do it faster however my quality of service, ability to go to my customers, and low risk
high reward (reward being a beautifully clean car) gives me an edge also the fact
that I will be interacting with customers face to face allows me to develop
relationships with them making them more loyal to me and my company
Development Plan
My development plan depends on how busy business grows I plan to
(by myself) wash around 8 cars a day however if business is booming
and growing faster/more than expected I would hire another
employee to keep up with customer demands EX. If I've got a steady 14
customers a day I would hire another employee and he/she would take
care of 7 cars while I take care of 7 cars.
Operations and Management Plan
*per employee
Estimated operations cost (bi-weekly) $327.91
Estimated Net profit (bi-weekly) $1,200
Estimated Gross profit(bi-weekly) $878
As owner and operator I would be responsible for payment of
employees, booking customers, ensuring equipment is in good
condition, book keeping, collecting payment, customer service,
purchasing and refilling stock, ensuring good service.
Financial Factors
Start up would cost an estimated $415.88 while running the company
will cost approximately $327.91 every two weeks to continue running
with the ability and plan to wash 8 cars a day at $10 per normal wash
$15 for wash and rims and $20 for a luxury wash (includes normal
wash, rims and a wax job) we would break even at 2.5 washes a week
which is more than doable
