WELLNESS- overall balance of our PHYSICAL,
EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, MENTAL, and SPIRITUAL being.
PHYSICAL HEALTH is the ability of the body to carry out
daily tasks, develop cardio-respiratory, and muscular fitness
and maintaining adequate nutrition.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH - Expressing and controlling of
emotions and to others appropriately and comfortably.
SOCIAL HEALTH – ability to communicate and interact
effectively with other people.
MENTAL HEALTH – ability of a person to question
information and make appropriate decisions.
SPIRITUAL HEALTH – the deep level of faith and
develop a clear sense of right and wrong , or good
and bad.
