Easter Loaf

recipe
1 kg of flour
500 ml of milk
11 gr of yeast
5 eggs
220-240 gr + 1 table spoonful
300 gr of butter
150 gr of raisings
Citron of 1 lemon
Sieve the flour
Add yeast
Heat milk melt butter in it
Add 220-240 gr of sugar than cool
the substance
Pour the mixture of milk
sugar and butter into flour
Knead the dough (20 minutes)
Leave it to raise (90 minutes)
Wash the raisins
separate the whites from
the yolks
rub 4 yolks with 1 tsf of sugar
and add them to the dough
Whip 5 whites with a pinch of
salt and add them to the dough
Add raisins and citron into the
dough and leave it to raise again
(90min)
Heat the oven to 180◦C
spread butter inside the baking
pan and cover the bottom of it
with baking paper
Pour the dough 1/3 of baking
pan and leave for 15-20 min.
Spread them with yolk
Bake 40-50 minutes
Poke the loaf by tooth stick if it
is dry the loaf is cooked
