MALAYSIA

TASK
-Explore the literature on BB and find article related literacy in
Malaysia.
• Read this PowerPoint again.
• Write a focused piece of writing about literacy in Malaysia
• Submit a printed copy to me on (10 October 2018).
*1 side of a page minimum but no more than 2 sides of 1 page*
POSSIBLE IDEAS

• 1. Give yourself a working title, run it by me if unsure.


2. Provide a general comment about literacy levels and attainment of
literacy in the Malaysia
3. Explore some of the statistics surrounding adult illiteracy in the Malaysia
and comment on the prevalence.
4. Explain the importance of developing good literacy levels in the early
years.
5. Highlight some of the challenges children might face if their parents and or
carers have poor levels of literacy.
6. Provide a summative comment.
7. Now go back to the beginning of your writing and provide a brief
introduction.
STRUCTURING YOUR WRITING

• Correct referencing must be applied.

• Print your work and read it out aloud to yourself to
