SURVEY ANALYSIS
• The company "My sweet candy" produces candies
and chewing gum, and needs to know the degree
of customer satisfaction. They developed a survey
to measure the opinion of the clients, which is
found later and they need to know the result of
this.
SURVEY ANALYSIS
The company carried out through a survey a series of
questions that helped to formulate and think about the
problems and strategies to be followed for the
satisfaction of the client in front of their products.
There is a low level of satisfaction with respect to
question one since it refers to the satisfaction that you
have with the company, we observe a somewhat
satisfied.
Taking into account that there is a low level of
satisfaction with the company, it is important to improve
and take into account the opinion of the client and thus
the problems and concerns of the users will be known.
SURVEY ANALYSIS
The client presented an attitude of low satisfaction in
front of the answers of the survey, stating that he
liked the product very much, but he would like to
know if the product is varied compared to more
flavors.
The results of the Customer Satisfaction survey
showed a decrease in the purchase of the product,
due to the variety and innovation.

DE INFORMACION
Data collection refers to the use of a wide variety of
techniques and tools that can be used by the analyst
to develop information systems.
A type of survey was conducted where the user
could provide more information on what was
wanted to know by throwing abundance in the data.
This method allows me to observe the behavior in a
direct way and allows to cross-examine.
However, questions that are more personal in nature
may be more direct to answer by the respondent.
