The company "My sweet candy" produces candies and gum and needs to
know the opinion of customers, for this, they developed a survey to measure
the degree of satisfaction and would like to know the results from a report
where the situation is evidenced and analyzed

Customer satisfaction survey

Surveys of the company "My sweet candy" of the candy and chewing gum
customer satisfaction were conducted and the result was effective in most
responses. Respondents expressed good satisfaction with our product, they
feel comfortable with the quality of the products we offer and show us an
improvement, such as the implementation of new flavors. This survey is a
good tool to visualize that you are doing a good job. We must improve the
recognition part of the company and the brand, since customers still do not
know it. Conducting a satisfaction survey is always the best option that a
company can take to find out what customers think, through a satisfaction
survey you can also receive constructive and destructive criticism from
dissatisfied customers and prevent them from abandoning your brand, product
or service.
