Introduction

According to the satisfaction survey applied to the clients of the company MY SWEET

CANDY, the following report will show and analyze the results obtained such as the levels

of client satisfaction and what mechanisms can be implemented to improve some aspects.
Customer satisfaction survey analysis

Taking into account the survey applied to one of the clients of the company MY SWEET

CANDY, we analyze how satisfied the client was with the product obtained.

o As a new customer, he does not have a frequent commercial relationship with

the company, however, when asking for the description of the product, he

indicated that it is of good quality and that it is offered at a good price.

o Regarding the satisfaction of needs, the client was somewhat satisfied and

manifested that their needs were very well satisfied. This indicates that the

company is working towards the satisfaction of its customers.

o When inquiring about the qualification of the product, the express client that it is

of very high quality, this drives the company to continue meeting the

expectations of its clients and to continue to improve more and more.

o Analyzing the value for money we can realize that this is what does not allow

the customer to be completely satisfied since he considers it to be an average

relationship. The company should consider improvements to this point to

achieve complete satisfaction and increase its sales.

Taking into account that this customer is new, he cannot provide much information about

the products, that is why as a company that seeks to improve the experience of its

customers and have them fully satisfied, it is vitally important to apply these surveys in the

first purchase and after five orders, apply the survey again to obtain a comparison and

observe how the customer's experience has been during that time.
According to the customer's responses, it can be seen that they want to continue shopping

since quality products are provided. Another aspect to take into account is that the client

looks for variety in the flavors of the product, therefore the company should consider an

expansion in its catalog of flavors so that the company can fully meet the needs of its client

and thus obtain complete satisfaction.


Conclusion

For any organization that provides a good or service to society, it is of great importance to

know how much they are satisfying those needs that are always present, that is why one of

the best ways to know this information is a customer satisfaction survey where be able to

observe how the client feels about the good or service and in what aspects the company is

failing in order to apply improvements that lead to the achievement of its objectives.
