sweet candy produces candy and gum, the company is designed a strategy to

improve customer service, through new policies, to identify the shortcomings that

were presented the company conducts a satisfaction survey to all its customers,

which the key point to be able to make the improvement in the processes and

procedures applied in each one of them, through the statistics that I throw. All this

allows us to continue measuring the attention given to clients and thus establish

mechanisms that follow them determined for continuous improvement. Cost

satisfaction surveys are carried out with the development of satisfaction surveys to

identify through this mechanism, the level of trust and security of which not only the

customer must be part but also the Company. In the survey, respondents expressed

good satisfaction with our product, they feel comfortable and safe with the products

we offer and give us the opportunity to improve with the implementation of new

flavors. This survey is a good tool to visualize that you are doing a good job, while

identifying the opportunity for improvement with quality, without a doubt, our market

will expand.
