maximum considered spectral accelerations of

2. From distance between fault and site, look up
Tables 2-4-1 to 2-4-7 of Seismic Design Codes to
get near-fault adjustment factors (MCE) for
periods with constant acceleration NA(M) and
periods with constant velocity NV(M).

S1(M) = NV(M) S1M, look up Table 2-2(b) of Seismic
