Noun Clause
A noun clause is a clause (S + Verb) that begins with the word
that, whether, or a question word. A noun clause is used to
substitute a function of a noun. When we wish to expand a
noun into a sentence or a clause, then the clause we are
making should be in a noun-clause.
Pay close attention to the following illustration.
I don’t understand it

I don’t understand what she has explained.

Noun Clause
Here the noun clause: What she has explained is the object of the
verb understand.
The problem bothers me very much.
S V O
That the company keeps loosing bothers me very much.
S V

Here is the noun clause: That the company keeps losing is the
subject of the verb bothers.

Determine the noun clauses and explain them!
