 DEFINITATION
• New patient admissions are a way of receiving new
patients. New patient admission is a procedure
performed by a nurse when a new patient arrives at
an inpatient room.
 OBJECTIVES
• The implementation of medical record services in an
effort to improve health services in hospitals.
• The implementation of patient admission system,
recording, data processing, storage, retrieval of medical
records and reporting.
• The implementation of an analysis system in the Medical
record file for all health services activities.
• Create security of any records / medical record files.
• Improve the performance of Medical Record Unit so that
it can become information center to support hospital
management information system

• The result of anamnesis, including at least
complaints and history of the disease.

• Other services that have been given to the patient.
