INTRODUCTION

Glazed Doughnut House is a business where we produce healthy


doughnuts that is glazed perfectly using healthy ingredients. This
operation plan is the most important part of this business because a
business need a good strategy to run effectively to achieve our
company's goal and can produce a tasty and the most impartant is
healthy which can fullfill the satisfaction of our customer. The
operation of the business is to plan,prepare, process and control the
transaction of the business. Lastly, operation plan helps to achieve our
objectives that has been decided.

OPERATION PROCESS
1. Receiving raw materials
Our company receive raw materials such as flour,yeast, sugar, eggs, vegetable
oil, butter,herbs,milk,flavour and fresh fruits. We will order this material once a
week and some of the material we ordered everyday. All the fresh fruits are
sent early in the morning before the operation starts and the other ingredients
that can last longer are sent during our company are closed. This is to make us
easier to manage our material well.

2. Checking on raw materials


When the materials had arrived, we checked those materials to ensure that
the materials are all correct and in a good condition. This process is a state in
the buying order. If there is any mistake occur in receiving our order, we will
make correction.
3. Preparing the materials
The entire ingredients needed such as the dough and the glaze are prepared freshly everyday.
Those fruits are washed and processed an a very clean way to maintain the quality of our products.

4. Make the doughnut


The doughnut dough are prepared based on the recipe. first, mix the yeast and warm water and
let the yeast to activate about 5 minutes. Secondly, mix yeast mixture, millk, sugar,salt, eggs,
shortening and flour into the mixer on a low speed. Third,beat in remaininf flour at low speed.
fourth, knead the dough then let it rise. fifth, roll the dough out into a specific thickness and cut it
with doughnut cutter to get the doughnut shape. sixth, leave the dough to rise again until they get
double in size. seventh, heat the oil in the fryer to a specific temperature (175℃)and fry the dough
until it turns golden brown. Lastly, put the doughnut on a wire rackl to absorb excess oil
