• Injury/Illness Log: The basis of keeping this log is
OSHA 29 CFR Part 1904 which mandates OSHA
Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries and
Illnesses, OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-
Related Injuries and Illnesses and OSHA Form
301, Injury and Illness Incident Report are to be
submitted to Regulatory when ever any Injury
during the work or Illness caused during work.
Protocol types
All the medical services created within the organization
would fall either under Scheduled protocols or
unscheduled protocols.
Scheduled protocols frequency is based on the factors
like type of work the employee being exposed to and
the duration of exposure to different agents.
Unscheduled may be due to Injuries and Illness during
work and can be attended with out any intimation.
Injury/illness log is maintained as per the Regulation
