Instructions to degree receiving students :
1)Collect your convocation scarf(stall) from Hall-1[Place 2] 45 minutes before start of convocation.
2)Report to Business and Convention Center Place No. [4] immediately on receiving scarf(stall).
3)Degree certificate distribution will commence after convocation ceremony in Exhibition Hall-1[Place 2].
4)After convocation ceremony, collect your degree certificate from counter No. 18.
5)Degree Certificate will be given only to the students in Person, However if student fails to come personally his/her certificate
will be sent by Speed post/Regd Post after convocation.
6)Snacks will be served in Exhibition Hall-1[Place 2].
7)Multiple Venue/Stages for taking photograph is available at various places in Mahatma Mandir Complex.
8)It is 'Compulsory' to bring a print copy of this entry pass. Without this hard copy entry will not be allowed in Mahatma
Mandir on the day of Convocation.
9)You are informed to return scarf/stall in boxes kept near the multiple venue/stages for taking photographs.
