Instructions
1 Candidate should note the date and time against the subjects of appearing from the time table mentioned above.
2 The examination will be held on Sunday, 21st July, 2019. The candidate is advised to visit the centre one or two days in
advance to know the location of the centre and transportation facilities available to reach the centre on time on 21st July,
2019 (Sunday) to avoid last minute rush.
3 Candidate should verify the particulars printed in the Admit Card and bring to the notice of the OJEE authority about
mistakes, if any, well in advance at JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on or before 19th July, 2019.
4 The candidate must bring own admit card to secure admission to the examination hall. Candidate should preserve this
“Admit Card’’ for any future correspondence.
5 The Candidate should be present at the examination centre by one hour before the examination time.
6 Wherever the photo is not printed/wrong photo uploaded on Admit Card, the candidate has to download two copies of admit
card and affix photograph and sign on it. One copy of admit card with photograph should be submitted to the Centre
Superintendent.
7 The candidate must mark answers on the ‘Answer OMR Sheet’ by blackening the Circles/Ovals using BLACK OR BLUE
BALLPOINT PEN only. (Read and follow the instructions given in the cover page of the question booklet carefully).
8 Calculator/Mobile Phone/Pager/Docupen or any other Electronic gadgets are strictly not allowed inside the Examination
Hall.
9 A Physically Challenged (PC) candidate has to carry original copy of disability certificate.
10 The examination hall will be opened one hour before the commencement of the examination.
11 No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the start of the examination.
12 Candidate will be required to sign on Attendance Sheet when asked to do so by the invigilator.
13 Candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the examination is over.
14 Candidate should not leave the examination hall without handing over Answer OMR Sheet (TOP COPY) to the invigilator.
15 Centre once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances. All Candidates must appear the examination at their
respective allotted centres.
16 The Answer OMR Sheets of the candidates who resort to any kind of malpractice during the examination will not be
evaluated and no rank will be given to those candidates.
17 For each correct answer, four marks will be awarded. For each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted. For
unattempted question, no mark will be awarded/deducted.
18 Blank Answer OMR Sheet without being darkened in any one of the answer circles/ovals will be summarily rejected. No
rank will be awarded to such applicants submitting blank Answer OMR Sheet.
