In-Charge CEE-2019

Important Instructions:

1. Please check your eligibility for admission in CEE-2019 exam as mentioned in Information Brochure
given at https://cee.ncert.gov.in Only for the qualified candidates rank list will be generated.
2. Candidate should be present at examination centre 45 minutes before commencement of the
examination positively.
3. In any case, no candidate will be allowed to enter at the examination centre after commencement of
the examination.
4. No candidate shall be allowed to appear in the examination without Admit Card.
5. If in case photo and signature is not printed / not properly visible on the Admit Card, before coming to
the examination centre candidate must paste his / her recent photo and signature duly attested by a
Gazetted Officer.
6. The candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the
examination.
7. The candidate shall be permitted to carry the Question Booklet with them. They should handover
OMR Answer Sheet to Invigilator. The candidate should not leave the examination hall without
permission of the Invigilator and without handing over the OMR Answer Sheet.
8. The candidate should not remove/tear any page(s) from the Test Question Booklet. If any page(s) is/are
found missing form his/her Question Booklet he/she will be liable for punishment as per rules.
9. The candidate is advised to bring good quality of Black/Blue Ball point pens for use in the examination
to darken the circles in the OMR Answer Sheet. Use of pencil is not allowed.
10. The candidate should USE BLACK / BLUE BALL POINT PEN ONLY to write particulars on the Cover
Page of the Test Question Booklet. Answer Sheet.
11. Calculators , Log Tables , Electronic devices , Communication devices like Cellular Phone
Pager/mobile etc. and Textual materials are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
12. The candidate is advised to go through his/her above DATA carefully. If any discrepancy is found in
the DATA, the candidate is advised to report the same to the CEE Exam Office on or before 31st May,
2019, 5:30pm through email at cee2019help@gmail.com failing which no further changes will be
entertained.
13. Those candidates who are blind / low vision with more than 40% disability can use services of a
Scribe during the written examination.
