Labour Union also called as Trade unions, is
an organization that representative collective
interests of workers. It is relatively permanent
formation of workers which is formed to
secure certain economic, social benefits to
workers.

established in 1925 to represent the interest
of national and local trade unions and union
councils
ACFTU are not engaged in collective
bargaining, these tasks they have had role in
enforcing labour discipline
