in my presentation I will talk about
lifestyles.

There are certain habits that are


healthy for our health, however, there
are others that product of work and
lack of time are harmful to our body.
Without a doubt, these are things that
we can change with willpower.
Having breakfast every morning is good for your health.

Exercising three times a week is recommended by doctors.

Sleeping 8 hours a day is healthy for our mind.


z slow and calm helps improve the absorption of nutrients from food

Avoiding stress is good for our health

Avoid junk foods promotes our health and weight loss

Do not consume drugs

Do not consume alcohol

Eating food high in dietary fiber favors the digestive tract

Prefer to walk and climb scales instead of driving is
recommended for our health
