    On 7th January 2019, Najib made a written offer to sell his shares in MARVEL CO to
    his friend, Nazir and asked Nazir to reply in writing before the 15th of January 2019.
    Nazir posted a letter confirming his acceptance on 9th January 2019. Unfortunately,
    the workers at the post office went on strike for 5 days demanding pay rise, causing
    all letters to be undelivered. On 13th January 2019, Najib faxed a letter to Nazir’s
    office saying the offer revoked as he has decided not to sell the shares. Najib
    received Hisham’s letter of acceptance on 17th January 2019. Nazir claims that there
    is S a contract between them but Najjib insisted that the offer has been revoked.
