What is urinary system ?

Urinary system is a vital organ that plays a role in


excreting and eliminating the remains of
metabolic products, and maintain fluid and
electrolyte balance.
Organ of urinary system

a. Kidney : Settings water and electrolyte balance in the body, regulation of


acid base balance body, regulating plasma volume, excreting products end
metabolism
b. Ureter : to do peristaltic (contracting) movements for remove urine to the
bladder
c. Bladder : function of accommodate urine from the ureter and then remove
it through the inner urethra micturition mechanism
System of urinary

– Blood from the heart enters the Aorta to the Renal Artery to the
part of kidney in the Vasa interlobaria in the cortex, in the
cortex there is a glomerulus and filtration and reabsorption of
substances that are still used by the body and residual
substances that are not needed by the body will be secreted
through the kidney (renal medulla, renal papillae, major calises,
calises minor, renal pelvis) and then to the ureter, bladder,
urethra and micturition
