AIDA MODEL
 AIDA is a model generally adopted by the sellers to stimulate the purchase decision of the
customers.
 Attention - describes the stage where the brand manages to obtain customer attention,
informing the customers about the product.

 Interest - Generates the confidence in the buyers about the products that company plans
to promote.

 Desire - The seller inspires the customer towards the product then relates the products to
their needs.

 Action - deals with persuading the consumer’s to buy the product and explain them the
immediate benefits of the product.
