Grade Class Book
Project
For this project each
student will be creating
their own book.
We will print and
download them on to our
classroom website.
 Objective
• Learn definition of vocabulary words
• Learn how to use technology to make books
 Materials we can use
• Drawing paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Crayons, markets, and
color pencils
• Stencils
• Paint
Vocabulary words required

Unity
 Making your
illustrations
• With the materials
mentioned before, make
an illustration for each
page of your book.
• Books have to be at least 5
pages long(not including
cover page)
• Each page must contain at
least one of the vocabulary
words
-But I don’t know how to draw?
Taking Pictures of
Illustration
We will use your drawing
as backgrounds for each
page
After you are done with
your illustration we will
use a camera to take a
picture of it, and
download it to the
computer
 Adding text onto Picture
• Once we have taken the picture we will use powerpoint to make your
book and use the drawing you made as the background
• Start adding in your text to every page and adding new slides as you
make a new page
Adding your book onto our website
• QR code below has been given out so you can add to the last page of
your book.
• This will have our classroom website with all of the books
