TEST AND TEST
As for the times that pass
from one test to another
within the same day of
the competition, they are
approximately at least
half an hour between one
end and the next. If we
talk from one day to
another, the time will be
at least 10 hours with
respect to the completion
of the last test of the
previous day and the
implementation of the
new test that day.

If the athlete does not eat
well enough, the
performance decreases and
