was there for two years only.

Frost had planned to recite an original poem he wrote for
John F. Kennedy’s January 1961 inauguration, entitled
“Dedication”. Due to sun’s glare, his falling eyesight and
poor weather; he was unable to read his copy of the
poem. Instead he recited,” The Gift Outright” from
memory.
