RATIONALE
This Cultural and Talent Development as
part of the Immersion and Outreach Program
of the eleven (11) Ph.D. in Educational
Management students of the University of
Perpetual Help, Las Piñas (Buenavista and
Lopez Group).
This will include activities namely
Leadership Training and Seminar,
Teambuilding Activity and Talent
Workshop. These activities will develop and
emboss their leadership skills, camaraderie,
cooperation and individual talent.
OBJECTIVES

1.Initiate leadership training and seminar


that will help develop their leadership skills.

build camaraderie, cooperation and
understand individual differences.

cultivate their hidden talents and emboss self-
confidence.

1. The one in charge of the Cultural and


Talent Development will facilitate all the
activities as shown in the Activity Design
Matrix.

will provide the materials needed in the
training, seminar, and workshop.

will coordinate to concerned personnel,
prepare the venue and perform other function
as well.

facilitate on the different activities.
