 History

▸ After having a lot of experience in the US acting world, Stella stopped in

Paris during her travel to Russia in 1934.

▸ In Paris she studied with Konstantin Stanislavski.

▸ After returning, she decided to teach people about what she learned.

▸ In early 1940s she began to teach at the Erwin Piscator Workshop.
