Set Goals for Yourself

goals you have, that you yourself you won’t know where - You learn new lessons

need to set goals that are
realistic though. Ex. If your
career was in healthcare as a
dental assistant, your realistic
career goal for the future could
be, becoming a full time
dentist.
Work Towards your Goals
 Plan
- “A goal without a plan is just
a wish”. You need to make a
plan to get to where you want
to be. You can’t just “wing it”.
Without a plan you most likely  Pick your position

If you know you should always
be working towards it. If not,

You have to tell/ask them
and show them that the job
will be the perfect fit for you.
Be open and prepared for anything
 If you have a desired goal that
you want to achieve you have
to be open-minded. Ex. If your
boss offered you a new job
title that is higher than your
current job title you should
take it even if that’s not the job
title you want. You should take
it because it’s a huge step
closer to what you want if your
not already there.

 You also have to be prepared for anything. Ex. One day at your
job your boss comes to you first with a problem to challenge
your abilities. You have to be prepared to show or to explain to
your boss how you would resolve and conquer the problem.
Therefore you need to be ready in order to properly explain what
you mean and how to show how you are able to do it.
Conclusion
These four tips that I have described to you to help grow your career are good separated, but
when you use all of them together you will do great things in your career. Here is 2 examples that
describe how you can use these tips to help you.

Your salary in most cases is excellent Science as well is a great job with a great salary
and your helping people as well. in most cases. As well as you being able to
discover and learn new things daily.

How can I grow in these careers though?

Here is how you’ll do it. 1. You will practice your skills every chance you can get. Believe in yourself and try to give yourself
some motivation to do so. 2. Set goals for yourself. Without goals in you won’t grow in your career because you aren’t
trying to improve and do what you aspire to do. 3. You will work towards your goals. If you don’t work towards your goals
how will you even succeed in anything. Lastly, 4. you will make sure you are open and prepared for anything. What if one
day you get moved to a different branch or you get a new manager or something as big as a major problem that your boss
choses you to help with. You need to take all of your skills and be prepared, as calm as you can and open to changes.
