Tampak opasitas dihemithorax kanan kiri yang menutupi kosto frenicus kanan kiri, hemiduafragma kanan-kiri.
• Cor: Shape and position normal, CTR normal
• Aorta: Tidak tampak elongasi,dilatasi dan kalsifikasi
• Trachea: in the middle
• Pulmo: Tampak konsolidasi yang membentuk massa pada lapang atas paru kiri disertai dengan penebalan
pleura lobulated.
• Soft tissue: normal
• Skeleton : intak, tidak tampak lesi litik/blastik dan garis fraktur.
• There is opacity on right hemithorax that hides the right costophrenic sinus, right hemi diaphragma, right
border of the heart and partially right lung.

• Conclusion:
• TB paru, belum menyingkirkan kemungkinan malignancy.
