Advantages:

• Possess the basic qualifications

• Have a motivation to provide accurate and


helpful feedback

• For employees in some jobs, the manager


does not have enough opportunity to observe
the employee performing job duties

• No extensive knowledge on the details of


employee’s work

360 Degree Feedback
(also known as multi-rater
feedback, multi source feedback,
or multi source assessment)

- is a process through which feedback


from an employee's subordinates,
colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as
a self-evaluation by the employee
themselves is gathered.
