1) Prepare a service blueprint for the 100 Yen Sushi House operation.
2) What features of the 100 Yen Sushi House service delivery system
differentiate it from the competition, and what competitive advantages do they
offer?
• Agreements with the fish vendors to provide fish several times a day
• Every employee is responsible for the delivery of quality sushi
• CTO- the sushi house follows configure to order topology there is no wastage in
the production
• In delivery of the service (quality and attention to customers) the management is
responsive towards the customer demand
4) Suggest other services that could adopt the 100 Yen Sushi House service
delivery concepts.
