AIM:

 To improve the BER performance of multi carrier SC-FDMA over

Frequency selective fading channel using optimum FRFT.
 To prove the efficiency of PAPR reduction using pre-coder and prove its
low complexity in terms of iterations required.

 In many case where unknown values are optimized using Genetic

algorithm.
 Here we use genetic based approach to achieve better optimization
with lesser complexity.
